How to buy
The client will be required to pay the cost of the house in tranches within 12 months as the development progresses. We typically offer a payment plan of;
- Minimum of 20% down payment of the value of the property to lock in the price for a maximum period of 3 months
- Minimum of 40% down payment of the value of the property to secure an allocation, and for construction to commence
- 40% of the value of the property at the roofing level
- 20% of the value of the property at completion
We are happy to facilitate the acquisition of a mortgage loan from Ghana Home Loans, Stanbic Bank, or any other financial institution of your choice.
For this payment option, the client will be required to pay the deposit as indicated by mortgage institution and submit the supporting mortgage facility letter to us for processing
