Wala Park
Wala Park is a new residential development by Appolonia Development Company Ltd (ADCL). It is located between Oyibi and Afienya in the Kpone Katamanso Municipal Assembly (KKMA). The project covers a total land size of 31ha/ 76 acres with approximately 800 residential plots for sale. The development will provide up to a 3-year payment plan, allowing buyers to ultimately own a plot of land near a premium community. It is further away from current Appolonia City development in Phase 1 for ease of distinguishability.

Infrastructure

Electricity and water will be supplied through the Appolonia City Utility Companies. Residents are responsible for all associated costs, including the internal bulk utility infrastructure within the precinct (e.g., internal water and power distribution networks) as well as the last-mile connection from the precinct infrastructure to the individual plot. Appolonia Development Limited does not bear the cost of, or install, internal precinct utility infrastructure on behalf of residents. All applicable charges will be determined and clearly communicated to residents at the point of application.
Appolonia Development Limited will provide laterite access roads and earthen drainage systems, ensuring site accessibility and effective stormwater management to support development activities.
